M O'Hara20 February 2025From the time i contacted Trina in the office she was very professional and arranged for Mauro to come to our LG fridge the next day. Mauro ran a series of tests and quoted us straight away. 1 week later the part arrived and was installed. You get a text to say he will be arriving with a tracking app so no sitting waiting you know exactly where you stand. I can not recommend them any higher. Olwen Parry8 October 2024If you are seeking a true professional refrigerator technician capable of simple or complex diagnostic and repair DO NOT go past ED the Fridge Man. After multiple other companies could not help, wasted our time and still charged a hefty fee, Ed the Fridge Man came to my home, stripped and inspected the fridge, found the issue which was explained in detail to us; quoted repair, ordered the parts and within a week our fridge was good as new. There are 2 LG specific fridge repairers in Perth - do yourself a favour and go straight to Ed the Fridge Man. A true professional who not only knows the technical side of any brand, but who also keeps you informed, effectively and efficiently fixes the issue, and who charges a very reasonable fee for his services. Next day they turned up within the window of time and even gave me an SMS update to communicate ETA within that window.
